Garlic Chipotle Ranch Dressing

I love ranch dressing but hate the ingredients in most that you can buy, even at Whole Foods. Making your own ranch dressing is quick and easy, not to mention delicious!

Garlic Chipotle Ranch Dressing:

  • 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Mayo (Homemade is best!)
  • 1 Small Clove Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chipotle Powder
  • 1 Tsp Dill
  • 1 Tsp All Purpose Seasoning
  • 1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp White Pepper

Method:

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend on low until incorporated. Store in an jar (I love using mason jars for this purpose) in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before using. Note that this is a recipe for a ranch dressing which is on the thinner side.

Store in a mason jar in your refrigerator. Enjoy!
