Roasted Zucchini and Yellow Squash

Simple, beautiful and colorful. A very simple side dish that will compliment pretty much anything that you can think of!

Roasted Zucchini and Yellow Squash
  • 2 Medium Zucchinis
  • 2 MediumYellow Squash
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Clove of Garlic (diced)
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Finely dice the garlic.

Add to the melted butter.

Wash the vegetables.

Cut unto thin rounds.

Continue until you have cut all 4.

Arrange in a round glass baking dish.

Brush on the butter and garlic.

Add sea salt and pepper to taste.

Into the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Edges will slightly start to brown when it is done.

Serve and enjoy!
